No Fuss, No Guilt!
Slice a pear in half and remove the seeds. Place a few frozen blueberries in the center, squeeze some lemon juice over both, and wrap in tin foil. Pop it in the oven at 400F and let it bake while you cook/eat dinner. Check the pear at 45 minutes— it’s done when soft. A great, naturally sweet and juicy dessert that works wonderfully on its own, or with some vanilla ice cream…
